University of Riverside is the Academic partner of Leadership Conference, and theme of “Leadership Challenges in a Global World”, you will be inspired to expand your horizons and explore your future on a whole new level as you work among your peers, interact with researchers and gain a fresh, new global perspective.Leaders are continuously confronted with their abilities to innovate, reengineer and to be vision oriented. Strategic leaders now inculcate total global mindset of reasoning tailored toward short-term planning. Due to technology innovativeness, political and environmental sea changes in long-term planning, leaders should cognitively and effectively be aware of turbulence brought about through dissonance in strategic planning. How leadership is defined within this context of a changing and evolving global economy meltdown, that has become a threat to the very existence of business organizational structure, is explored and explained. The Conference is designed for all leaders who not only want to become more effective leaders, but to become better people.
Specifically, ICL targets:

• Networking with international organizations, possible donors and colleagues from around the world for sharing achievements and strategies with practitioners.
• Graduate students: supporting graduate students to meet colleagues from around the world, for making new friends, and improving knowledge and communication skills.
